Warranty Coverage

Standard 2-Year Warranty

All aeronova products come with a two-year warranty from the original purchase date. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

Extended 5-Year Warranty (with Registration)

Register your aeronova product within 90 days of purchase to extend your coverage to five years. Registration also helps us provide faster support and ensures you receive product updates or recalls, if ever necessary.

Our Commitment

If your product has a defect during the warranty period, aeronova will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or provide functional parts at no extra cost. In many cases, we may ship you the replacement part directly so you can get back to enjoying your product quickly.


What's Not Covered

We want to be transparent, so there are no surprises. The warranty does not cover:

Non-Official Purchases: Only products bought from aeronova Official Stores (Amazon and Shopify) are eligible.
Second-Hand Items:
Products purchased from third-party resellers, auctions, or used-goods markets are not covered.
Normal Wear and Tear:
Cosmetic changes (like scratches, fading, or stains) that don't affect function.
Misuse or Improper Care:
Damage from accidents, abuse, commercial use, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
Force Majeure:
Damage caused by natural disasters or other events beyond anyone's control (earthquake, flood, war, etc.).
